These NAFTA super transportation corridors are real and in a state of expanding across North America. With the integration of North America people and commerce can flow freely across the continent. The Mexican flag in Kansas City is a Mexican inspection station. Onec the common security perimeter is in place around the continent, the U.S. will have reached the point of no return. Every person will be a citizen of North America with all the rights.Wikileaks has provided a diplomatic cable from January of 2005 that reveals a conspiracy* among Canada, Mexico and the United States to complete an integration of North America and how best to go about it. That is the integration plan that our leaders say doesn’t exist, even though President Obama recently announced (Feb. 2011), along with Prime Minister Harper, a project to speed up the integration process of North America with a North American perimeter. The three nations have been working hard to complete this merger since 2005.

It was a secret plan since the leaders of North America have not been open at summit meetings on North American integration nor have they given an accounting of anything related to this complete integration of the continent. But there are documents, when collected and analyzed, and the dots connected, make clear that this project will bring to an end our sovereign nation as well as breakup the geographical United States into a Balkanized America.

*Conspiracy: A combination of persons for a secret, unlawful, or evil purpose; “He joined the conspiracy to overthrow the government.”

(Jan. 2005) A diplomatic cable (SENSITIVE, FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY), was sent from the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa to Washington and signed by then Ambassador Paul Cellucci. The cable revealed information about Canadians involved with the North American Initiative (NIA) project.  How did they want to go about completing this project.

This cable is in reference to the path for the completion of a North American union. Less than two months later, March 23, 2005, the three leaders of North America; George W. Bush, Vicente Fox and Prime Minister Paul Martin of Canada, signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America in Waco, Texas. It was called a security and economic community of North America.

President Obama is about to end our unique place in world history. In May of 2005, the CEOs of North America published a “road map” for completing the integration of the continent. The three leaders and their working groups have followed the road map, Building a North American Community, faithfully. In fact, President Obama is leading the task of completing a North American perimeter around the continent in order to open our interior borders with Canada and Mexico to the free flow of commerce and people.

Eventually, Mexicans will be able to pass freely through our borders with a North American Border Pass at self-processing stations in ports of entry (like an ATM). The end game is, like in the European Union, no one will ask for your ID inside the common security perimeter. If you are inside the perimeter, you must be, by definition, legal.

A U.S. Department of State article in 2005 praised this project for building a “security and economic community for North America” and has  a link to the plan. Read the article, then click on link at bottom, scroll down to English Version, (295K PDF).

Some of the steps mentioned in the cable are a common external tariff, a single market, a customs union, a security perimeter and a monetary union. Yes. A single currency for North America. All of these steps describe a North American union. These are also the same steps taken by the European Union toward a complete merger, with EU governance.

This cable message acquired by Wikileaks, clearly show what the leaders of Canada, Mexico and the United States have as their goal, all taking place without the consent of our citizens.

In paragraph 2 of the message:

“An incremental and pragmatic package of tasks for a new North American Initiative (NIA) will likely gain the most support among Canadian policymakers…”

“This fits the recommendations of Canadian economists who have assessed the options for continental integration. While in principle many of them support more ambitious integration goals , like a customs union/single markets and or/single currency, most believe the incremental approach is the most appropriate at this time, and all agree that it helps pave the way to these goals if and when North Americans choose to pursue them.”

4. “Canadian economists in business, academia and government have given extensive thought to the possible options for further North American integration…

“PROCESS: At this time, ‘an incremental’ approach to integration is probably better than a ‘big deal’ approach. However, governments should focus on choosing their objectives, and not on choosing a process.”

(A “big deal” will alert the citizens something is happening that they don’t understand and they will want answers. A measured progress without fanfare or media scrutiny will allow a better chance for this integration to move forward. Incrementalism is the method used to fool the citizens of Europe for over 5 decades.)

BORDER VS PERIMETER: “…Canada and the United States already share a security perimeter to some degree; it is just a question of how strong we want to make it.”

(A North American perimeter, also known as a common security perimeter or an outer security perimeter, like the European Union has, needs to be constructed to form this new union. This will allow for the interior borders to be completely open for the passage of people and commerce.  No one will ask for your ID once this perimeter is in place. Congress has to pass legislation to make it possible, though. Currently such a bill, S. 3932, is waiting for approval but this one won’t pass.)

LABOR MARKETS: The Canadians “advocate freeing up professional laws, and developing a quick, simple, low-cost work permit system, at least for U.S. and Canadian citizens.”

(You can find freeing up labor laws for professional licensing in the road map for Building a North American Community on page 28. That also includes professionals from Mexico.)

CUSTOMS UNION: “A common external tariff, or a customs union which eliminated NAFTA’s rules of origin (ROO), is economically desirable.

( In the plan for Building a North American Community, page xvii, “the Task force’s central recommendation is establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community, the boundaries of which would be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter.” Both are prominent parts of an integrated North America and are part of the embassy cable. Also see page 8 from the Community link above. The common security perimeter is essential for this union.)

CURRENCY UNION: “Canadian economists are split on whether a return to a fixed exchange rate, or adopting the U.S. dollar would benefit Canada in current circumstances…the central bank governor has taken the position that ‘monetary union is an issue that should be considered once we have made more progress towards establishing a single market.'”

(All three nations are working toward a common currency. Former President Vicente Fox of Mexico went on the Larry King show and verified that a common currency for North America was in the works and later, for the Americas, a larger integration of 34 nations of the Western Hemisphere.

Larry King: “E-mail from Mrs. Gonzalez in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Mr. Fox, I would like to know how you feel about the possibility of having a Latin America united with one currency?”

Fox: :Long term, very long term. What we propose together, President Bush and myself, it’s ALCA, [Note. English translation is FTAA-now called the PPA, Partnership for Prosperity in the Americas, a Bush plan for integrating the Americas. It’s now been taken over by Obama, Hillary Clinton and Anne-Marie Slaughter, who published the scholarly book ‘A New World Order” in 2004, and is an expert on global governance.]

King: ‘It’s going to be like the Euro dollar, you mean?”

Fox: “Well that would be long, long term. I think the processes to go, first step is a trading agreement. And then further on, a new vision, like we are trying to do with NAFTA.”

The three nations are still working on a single currency for North America.)

6. “A stronger continental ‘security perimeter’ can strengthen economic performance, mainly by improving efficiency at land borders and airports. It could also facilitate future steps toward trilateral economic integration, such as a common external tariff or a customs union…Paradoxically, the security and law enforcement  aspects of the envisioned initiative could hold as much-or more-potential for broad economic benefits than the economic dimension.

Displays of hatred for white Americans and America are common throughout our nation. Look closely. America is withering away.(As mentioned above, Obama has announced a North American perimeter. That includes Mexico, which is being handled bilaterally by the U.S. with aid from the Merida Initiative, designed to help Mexico get operational control of its borders. As for the security and law enforcement for North America, that is already in play. It’s called USNORTHCOM, a trilateral response force for the continent and and the Gulf of Mexico. You can find this integrated system in Building a North American Community, pages 10-12. See link above. USNORTHCOM is in Mexico now, training the Mexican police and military to fight the drug cartels.)

The U.S. Embassy cable describes how to proceed with integrating North America. Every step needed to merge the continent into a union is there. I showed you where you can find some of these steps in the CFR plan for Building a North American Community. See this site for the steps needed to form a union of two or more nations.

The State Department article from 2005 is linked to the road map for this union. So is the embassy cable. And members of Congress are linked  to this conspiracy also. For example, John McCain kept putting forth or supporting legislation for over 5 years that would allow this common security perimeter to be completed. So far he has failed but he hasn’t quit. And now, President Obama is an official member of those linked to the project.

There is a reason this cable was off limits to the public. Now you know.
