President Obama continues to move forward with the George W. Bush plan to integrate North America into a Union, the North American Community, while Mexico, one part of the Community, falls deeper into depravity. This corporate-run-region, patterned after the European Union, will be run by trade agreements, regionally appointed institutions and a North American parliament. All regions, including North America, will be based on international law.
When Obama announced that he and Prime Minister Harper of Canada would implement a North American perimeter around the continent to speed up the flow of people and commerce between Canada and the United States, he only gave a small part of the big picture. This effort to implement a “common security perimeter” began in 2005 and has been in every comprehensive immigration bill since that year. Congress needs a law to make it legal.
Obama is also working with Mexico bilaterally to complete the southern part of the North American perimeter (officially a common security perimeter around North America). This will be a much slower process since Mexico is no longer in control of its borders or the nation within that border. In fact it continues to descend into an even lower level of hell.
The latest atrocities took place in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico. On April 6 “six gunmen were killed during a shootout in the streets of Tepic, leaving pedestrians and motorists alike caught in the crossfire.
“In the aftermath of the rolling shootout, overturned vehicles, dead bodies, weapons and unexploded grenades littered neighborhoods on the east side of Tepic.
“While no bystanders were killed in the battle, one woman was shot and another struck by shrapnel from an exploding grenade.”
Later, “The bodies of two men who had been skinned alive were found grotesquely posed in front of a shop in Tepic, Nayarit. The men’s hearts were also removed.”
April 16th and “the nightmare continues in Tepic, Nayarit as authorities discover the skinned and posed body of yet another unidentified man.
“According to local and state police reports, the body was found at 12:55 am Saturday morning on Los Lobos bridge. Apart from being skinned, the victim’s hands had been severed and placed on the body; one hand was on the chest and the other was posed into the sign of “Peace and Love” and placed at the victim’s abdomen.” Preliminary investigations of the “two men skinned and posed” last week in Tepic “reported the men had been alive before their hearts were removed.” This site has disturbing images.
Just so you know, Obama is using the same document that George Bush utilized to construct this North American Community so far. The plan was put together by CEOs of the United States, Canada and Mexico in 2005. That includes General Motors, Whirlpool, Ford, etc., all members of the North American Competitiveness Council. The CEOs of these companies and their counterparts in Canada and Mexico meet with cabinet officials and their leaders (Bush, now Obama) and tell them what laws and policies to make for North America. And they do. The votes of citizens don’t matter. That’s why the border will never be secured.
Obama didn’t just think of this idea of a North American Community with a North American perimeter for the smooth flow of commerce and people within the continent. George Bush briefed him on the project and other related projects. The CEO document above, Building a North American Community, has this perimeter listed as an important component for North American integration, as well as a common external tariff for the continent (p.3). This is directly from the CFR Task Force (CEOs) on Building a North American Community:
“The governments of Canada, Mexico, and the United States should articulate as their long-term goal a common security perimeter for North America…We believe that these measures should be extended to include a commitment to common approaches toward international negotiations on the global movement of people, cargo, and vessels. Like free trade a decade ago, a common security perimeter for North America is an ambitious but achievable goal that will require specific policy, statutory, and procedural changes in all three nations.” (p. 8 in link above)
This document was produced a couple of months after the leaders “signed” the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America in Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005. It has been referred to as the “road map” to a North American Community and was the subject of a favorable article from the Bush Department of State. It included this:
“Establishment by 2010 of a security and economic community for North America is an ambitious but achievable goal that is consistent with with this principle and, more important, buttresses the goals and values of citizens of North America, who share a desire for safe and secure societies, economic opportunity and prosperity, and strong democratic institutions…”
“The key recommendation…was for the three nations to move toward establishing a common security perimeter by 2010. It is important for all three governments to commit themselves to security within that zone, thereby alleviating the need to build some barriers at our mutual borders…”
That means since we have that security perimeter around North America, we can leave the interior borders open for this free flow of commerce and people throughout the continent. Eventually no one will ask for your ID, just like the citizens of the EU.
The State Department link above reveals the large efforts within our government and among the governments of Canada, Mexico and the United States to bring an end to the sovereign nation state and replace it with a trading region of North America.
George Bush, with support from other globalists (John McCain), tried hard to pass a “comprehensive immigration” bill with a plan to build this “common security perimeter” for North America since 2005 but was unsuccessful. The last two bills with wording mandating this perimeter are HR 4321 and S. 3932. Go to this site and scroll down to see the actual wording in the bill and how it’s identical to the plan Obama wants us to believe is brand new. Keep a copy of the 32-page plan for a North American Community as a reference.
For anyone not paying attention over the last 10 years, a program designed to train students to govern North America is presenting the annual North American Parliament for the next leaders of the continent to gain experience in governing.
Arizona State University is hosting the 6th year of the Triumvirate: The North American Model Legislature will be held from May 29, 2011-June 3, 2011 on the Tempe Campus. ASU and seven universities from Canada and Mexico send students to train for governing North America through participation in a model North American Parliament with legislators from Canada, Mexico and the United States.
“The North American Forum on Integration (NAFI) organized the first North American Model Parliament, in the Canadian Senate, Ottawa, from the 23rd to the 27th of May, 2005. Seventy students participated…”
Principle Objectives:”To bring together future leaders from Canada, the United States, and Mexico in order to sensitize them to the challenges of North American integration and to develop their sense of North American identity.” See North American Parliament under way.
And the CFR plan for Building a North American Community also has the initial efforts for a North American Inter-Parliamentary Group on page 32. Members of the legislatures in Canada, Mexico and the United States will “form a trinational inter-parliamentary group to meet in the alternating year. The North American Advisory Council [NACC, North American Competitiveness Council], “could provide an agenda and support these meetings.” These are CEOs from Wal-Mart, etc.
“To engage senior members of the parliaments, cabinet members could participate when the agenda matched their area of responsibility.” These would be cabinet members (Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, for example). The CEOs would be setting the agenda. As I said before, corporations are in charge of our government. Even Prime Minister Harper verified that in a statement.
There is no one out there who can still say our leaders are not actively working to destroy our nation. Their words are becoming clear when matched with the facts in their documents and actions. The dots are connected everywhere. The facts are still there, unchallenged. Apparently no one cares.
With this new regional order Mexicans will have the ability to move freely across our southern border. Biometric IDs should be complete for Mexicans in 5 to 10 years. But a growing number will be able to cross as each Mexican receives his ID card with info stored in databases. The same will occur for Americans and Canadians over the next few years. That ID card and number is all you will have that shows you exist and allows you access to government and business. And that isn’t a good thing. That is, unless you are in agreement on everything the government does. For example, our first and second amendments will be modified or phased out. Are you OK with that? If not, don’t let anyone know.*
And those horrible cartel crimes you hear about are already here. The first official beheading was in Arizona last year. The cartels are coast to coast and in Alaska, doing business, while Homeland Security persists in not doing their job, a job that could be handled quickly if those in charge wanted to utilize the proper resources and carry out their oaths of office. But as I have shown, they have no intention of doing that.
And remember. Those Mexicans misbehaving south of the border will one day be your neighbors. And they don’t like you as a neighbor.
