“Eight severed heads were found Tuesday in the Mexican city of Durango, capital of the northern state (of Durango). The eight heads were scattered among various roads on the edge of the city, according to a statement from the AG office, which said authorities had yet to find the corresponding bodies or identify the victims.”
The warden at the Ceroso 2 prison in Gomez Palacio, Durango was arrested two days before the discovery when she was charged for allowing inmates to leave the prison to “carry out killings.”
The warden, Margarita Rojas Rodriguez and several subordinates are charged in connection with more than 30 deaths, including the July 18 massacre of 17 people attending a birthday party…in Torreon, Durango. (07/28/2010)
The question: Will Mexico bring about America’s destruction?
While Mexico participates in a daily ritual of death and the government is unable to stop it, President Obama is intent on finishing the plan to integrate North America. The three leaders of North America, led by President Calderon of Mexico, agreed that deeper integration, along with amnesty, would be pursued. That means a relaxation of the border, ala the European Union, and the go ahead to complete a new border for the continent through the implementation of a common security perimeter. For the U.S., that must be done by Congress. The necessary wording has been in every immigration bill since 2005, including the current one, H.R. 4321.
To accomplish this, Mexico must acquire operational control of its border as well as maintain order within its nation so it can be certified as part of the perimeter. The problem, there was no law and order. So George Bush and President Calderon came up with a plan called the Merida Initiative, to get Mexico’s house in order and secure its southern border. Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State, put it together in 2007. And Congress passed it. For the last couple of years we’ve sent weapons, equipment, money and trainers to make a change.
The Merida Initiative was designed to “strenghten a broad spectrum of institutions by equipping and training police, supporting judicial reform plans, building prosecutorial capacity, and cooperating with other key agencies-including border security, corrections, customs, and when appropriate, the military. “Under the Merida Initiative, we will upgrade Mexico’s immigration system and help them secure their southern border with Belize and Guatemala, part of the common security perimeter. Right now, the Merida Initiative is an abysmal failure and the future looks more bleak when combined with the extended downturn in the global economy.
When the governing institutions of Mexico have operational control over their borders and become certifiably professional and they get a good rating in the field of human rights regarding Mexican citizens and immigrants, then all three nations, Canada, Mexico and the United States, can become as one. Every citizen will be a North American and we won’t need to have checks at the borders, a system the European Union has now. What did they do to accomplish this? They secured a common security around most of the EU and now 400 million citizens and visitors can move freely throughout the union without showing any papers.
There is a problem, though. The situation in Mexico is spiraling down into chaos. The example above is not isolated. Police, prison wardens and guards are on the payroll of the cartels as well as elected officials. So, few want to take on the criminal element because it’s difficult to know which side the players are on.
Edgardo Buscaglia, security expert, in an interview:
“The violence is like a perfect storm in which many factors are interacting to lead Mexico into a civil war scenario.” He says it could happen before Calderon’s term ends in 2012. Some think we could enter a new phase, the stage of terroism as evidenced by several recent car bombings.
According to the reporter, the United States is “now… concerned what is happening in Nuevo Laredo. [This town] has the largest inland port for commerce between Mexico and the U.S., where at least 12,000 tractor trailers full of industrial, agricultural and consumer goods pass daily. A permanent state of chaos in Nuevo Laredo would seriously impact trade between both countries.”
And that could affect plans to open those NAFTA highways so that these trucks can drive through the new and improved border crossings where Mexican drivers are monitored, starting from Wal-Mart’s super ports in Southwest Mexico and then throughout North America. They only need to slow down at the border and pass through special lanes in order for their RFID cards to be read. All of this infrastruture is currently being put in place.
“The decapitated bodies (genitals were also removed) of four men were hung from a bridge Sunday in this central Mexican city besieged by fighting between two drug lords.”
“A gang led by kingpin Hector Beltran Leyva took responsibility for the killings.” His brother, Arturo Beltran Leyva, “was killed there in a December shootout with marines.” Hector left a message after the four men were killed and mutilated. “This is what will happen to all those who support the traitor Edgar Valdes Villarreal.”
Villarreal is head of the other group fighting for control of the cartel. Murders of Mexican drug dealers have already taken place in the United States and there is a nationwide drug distribution system in place and active, all because our presidents have deliberately chosen to take a pass on this part of their oath of office. Update: Mexico captures explode in Mexican state where 72 migrants killed; prosecutor in massacre case missing.”
The problem is the Mexican “culture” has not changed and it will not change as they overrun our nation. Instead, they will continue to bring that culture to America and some of what you see now in Mexico will become the norm here because when (if) our leaders complete this corporate continental entity, it will have no soul. Just bodies to work cheaply with no allegiance to any government.
But when the population increases by another 100 million in less than 30 years, every American will realize they should have done something to stop this corporate/government partnership. When the cost of gasoline goes well past $4.00 a gallon and you can’t get any, when food prices shoot up because of shortages and too many people, and water becomes scarce, especially in the Southwest U.S., it will be too late. And many more Americans will be unemployed permanently.
Nations will close their borders to exports of food and vital resources in order to exist. No? It already happened in 2008 when there was a global food shortage combined with speculators. Some prices quadrupled and countries did stop exporting certain items. Since then a number of countries have been making deals with third world countries to lock up farmland and resources such as oil. China is leading that rush.
The only thing we’re stocking up on is immigrants, 139 million more people who will make our shortfall of resources a catastrophe. And, as I’ve said before, these new “guests” do not hold us in high esteem. They hate us. They tell us we don’t belong here. Do you think life will be serene in what used to be a functioning sovereign nation, a nation where Americans were ready to help their fellow citizens in time of need? Or do you think life might become a little more precarious?
